
Shrimp grilled with herbs taste Bali-style spicy, sour and slightly sweet. Due to absorb into the meat of shrimp so it feels really solid. Stay warm rice add it!
Ingredients:
8 large prawns tails
1 orange juice,
take the water 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Puree:
8 red chilies
3 pieces of red chili sauce
4 grains of red onion
3 cloves garlic
1 cm ginger
1 cm turmeric
1 stalk lemongrass , take the white part, thinly sliced
½ tsp shrimp paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
How to make:
¤Cut the shrimp whiskers, cut back it.
¤ Marinate the shrimp with lemon juice until smooth. Let stand for a while.
¤ Stir in oil with spices until blended.
¤ Marinate the shrimp with the seasonings until blended.
¤ Bake in the embers of the fire while back-back-to- maturity evenly.
¤ Lift and serve warm.
